What is a die-off reaction?

This is called a Herxheimer reaction and typically lasts 2-5 days. If symptoms are significant, you can reduce to 1 capsule per day and gradually increase. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Can I take this with other supplements or medications?

The Eliminator works well alongside most gut-healing protocols including probiotics, glutamine, and digestive enzymes. However, because it contains berberine, consult your healthcare provider if you’re taking medications for blood sugar, blood pressure, or if you’re on any prescription medications. Berberine can interact with certain drugs metabolized by the liver.

Should I take probiotics at the same time?

We recommend spacing probiotics at least 2 hours away from The Eliminator. Some practitioners prefer to introduce probiotics after the antimicrobial course is complete to help repopulate with beneficial bacteria. Follow your healthcare provider’s guidance on timing.

Can I take this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
